In 1996, Zhejiang Tianxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established;
In 2004, Zhejiang Tianxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. invested and built Baoji Tianxin Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province, in response to the call of the development of western China;mainly for producing Mefenamic Acid.
In 2009, the company obtained the Drug Manufacturing license and was renamed as "Baoji Tianxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.;
In 2012, the company obtained the Chinese GMP certificate for Mefenamic Acid from China FDA.
In 2014, the company established Analgin(Metamizole Sodium) workshop with annual output of 1,000 tons.
In 2016,the company obtained the Chinese GMP certificate for Analgin(Metamizole Sodium) from Department of Agriculture.
In 2018, the company was renamed as "Shaanxi Baoxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." due to development needs for the company.
